As part of the ongoing Cemetery and Historic Sites program (14(h)(1)), Matt has been investigating and reporting on 14(h)(1) sites and the issues surrounding certification and conveyance of these regional corporation selections. He co-chairs the recently formed ANCSA Regional Corporation 14(h)(1) Cemetery and Historic Site Steering Committee. Other work includes assisting communities in cultural resource work (Golovin Heritage Field School), and preservation (King Island Cultural Resource Policy).
