First Year Students
As you are going into your first year of college or vocational education odds are you have a few questions about what to expect, How will I afford this? How do I get scholarships? What should I study? How do I adjust from living at home to living somewhere new? We the members of the Bering Straits Foundation Mentoring Program have all been there and gone through it. We are here to help make the transition easier for you! We will offer sound advice based on experience, you will be matched with someone who has studied in the same area of interest as you and you will be able to contact this person with questions/comments/concerns; your mentor will provide you with assistance and guidance so that you will have a successful transition into your higher education field of choice. Please fill out the mentor student form.
